Child Save Canada is an organization that’s dedicated to promoting child’s safety and recovery by offering an immediate response service for lost or missing children. It has been our focus for over 19 years to create Canada’s largest child protection registry.
Over the years we have registered more than 250,000 children. We offer the best protection for your child in the event your child goes missing or has a medical emergency. A missing or injured child is every parent’s worst nightmare; that’s why we’ve made our service affordable for everyone coast to coast so that every child in North America can be registered.

We believe that children are our most precious gifts. Our mission is protecting and saving children’s lives. We are parents ourselves, and we know that nothing is more important than our children. We want to give them the best. Our goal is to provide a reliable service for parents that offers a piece of mind and protection for their child. It’s what we have been doing for the last 19 years.

Customer Service Customer Service is the core of our business. Our goal is to continuously improve our customer service. We keep track of every single email, call or letter sent to you – every single method of communication is tracked, so that we are always on top of things and ready to serve you better.
Responsiveness We will always be responsive and react to your call for help immediately. We strive to be always there for you when you need us. 24/7 days a week we are there for you when you need it the most.
Community We value and support our community. We treat our community as family. We take part in various educational and child-safety related initiatives and enjoy giving back to our community through donations and volunteering.
Why Child Save Canada?
Children are vulnerable and easily manipulated by predators. The phrase “Don’t talk to Strangers” is not nearly enough to protect your kids. No matter how confident you are in your children, we forget that they are still learning, and we don’t always know how they react when we are not around. If this doesn’t convince you, then see this famous YouTube video where kids were tested to see if they would leave a playground with a stranger. The results are scary and eye-opening.
Our History
Child Save Canada was started by Rob Silver in 1998. One fall evening in 1998 Rob remembers quite vividly. Rob was shopping at a local mall with his two young sons and witnessed a woman who had lost her child. The panic, tears and distress that this woman experienced affected Rob greatly. He could never forget her face.
He tried to help her but both of them felt helpless and stressed out beyond belief. Rob imagined what it would be like if his two sons were in the same situation. Rob was appalled when he realized that there are so many problems with today’s child recovery process that can delay and prevent the recovery of a child all together.
Rob thought something needs to be done about this. That day Rob started the beginnings of Child Save. He made it his mission to learn everything he could about child abductions and child recovery. As a result of his efforts, Child Save Canada was awarded “Community Service Award” by the “Good Bears of the World Canada”, a world organization whose purpose is to spread love and caring for children and the elderly who are in need of comfort and solacing.
Our Partners
Child Save Canada is proud to support and donate to various organizations that promote children’s safety, education, support and other positive social causes.
Over the years we have worked with the following organizations: U.B.A.K.A. (URBAN BULLDOGS AGAINST KIDS ABUSE), a non-profit biker organization who advocates against child abuse; Niagara Search and Rescue; Canadian Search Dog Association; Peace Area Riding for the Disabled Society (PARDS); YWCA Calgary; Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation; United Way; ALS Foundation; Battlefords Boys & Girls Club; Boys & Girls Club of Calgary; Toronto Humane Society; Lloydminster & District SPCA; Coledale Public School; Association for Community Living (Toronto); Air Cadets; Strathcona Shelter Society “A Safe Place”; Unity House Emergency Women’s Shelter and food bank in Fort McMurray, and many more.
We have donated to Vests for Dogs (for search and rescue dogs), Search and Rescue Trailer, and sweaters for a Junior Hockey Team. We posted rewards for finding lost children such as the missing case of Brandon Crisp ($10,000 reward).

We understand that sometimes families struggle with various financial matters in their lives; 
that’s why we have donated our services to low-income families or families temporarily struggling with payments.
We also value and support children’s education all over the world. It has been an honor to support Pencils for Kids Charity in Liboré, Niger in Africa, an organization that focuses on providing classroom supplies, programs, libraries and schools to communities in need.
