Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: At what age would you suggest registering my child?
A: Many of our families register in their final term of pregnancy. Recent articles suggest small children; then girls 12-19 years of age are in a higher risk category.

Q: Is registering online for Child Save Service the only option?
A: Child Save Canada provides several options. You may register online by clicking here (the process is easy – just use your credit card OR pay with your credit/debit card). You may register in person at one of our authorized registration booths which may be visiting a local mall, school or hospitals. Child Save Canada will be at well over 100 special events across the country this year alone. It is not necessary for your child to be there in person. Furthermore, our toll-free number 1-800-409-4600 allows parents the convenience of registering by phone in only a few minutes. You will be asked to submit recent photographs and provide all the appropriate financial information at such time.
